What is the difference between hot stamping and heat transfer printing? Do you have an ironing T-shirt

The technology level of the clothing customization industry is constantly evolving and developing, and the addition of various new customized materials has broken the stereotype of customization styles in the industry and created several process combinations. As on-demand printing is gradually being accepted by the public, printing technology has also received more attention.
Among the four major processes of clothing customization, hot stamping is the most commonly used and widely used process. However, in some manufacturers' process introductions, heat transfer printing has replaced hot stamping, and some manufacturers directly equate heat transfer printing with hot stamping. Is the concept of heat transfer printing and hot stamping the same? What is the difference between the two?
The relationship between heat transfer printing and hot stamping
Heat transfer printing can be divided into heat sublimation process and hot pressing process. Thermal sublimation refers to the use of dyes with sublimation conditions, which are printed on transfer carriers such as transfer paper through lithography, screen printing, gravure printing, etc. (at this time, the pattern appears in a mirror flipped state), and then the pattern dye on the carrier is transferred to the carrier in a gaseous manner through heating.
And hot pressing technology is hot stamping technology. The production process of hot stamping usually involves printing the pattern on a transfer carrier and using printing equipment to press it onto the carrier in a high-temperature environment.
In short, hot stamping is a sub category in heat transfer printing, which includes hot stamping.
Applicable scope of heat transfer printing
Heat transfer printing technology was introduced to China in the 1990s and has only a short history of less than 30 years. However, heat transfer printing technology is highly respected in the printing industry and widely used in porcelain, clothing, indicator labels, hanging tags, aircraft tags, and various containers. It is listed as the two major processes in the printing industry alongside water transfer printing.
The scope of use of hot stamping
Hot stamping can produce various effects such as foaming, flocking, reflection, stamping, laser, etc. It is mainly used in the clothing industry, and is used on clothing materials such as fabrics and leather to make hot stamping T-shirts, hot stamping sweaters, and other clothing.

Development History of Flat Silicone

Silicone is an amorphous substance and is a highly active adsorption material. Compared to other similar materials, it has many advantages, such as high adsorption performance, stable chemical properties, high temperature resistance, and low cold resistance; Both toughness and elasticity are very good. It will not deform due to external forces. In terms of environmental protection, it will not fail to meet the testing standards due to the environmental indicators generated by printing, as it does not contain harmful substances (see the testing report). Everyone knows that silicone is used in baby bottles and nipples, so the product can explain whether silicone is good or not, because baby products are the highest testing standard.
