What is the difference between hot stamping and traditional printing

What is the difference between hot stamping and traditional printing? The difference between hot stamping and traditional printing is that the hot stamping pattern has fine particles, bright colors, good elasticity, tensile resistance, good washing effect, and strong adaptability. It has been certified by SGS and OEKO-TEX100, and the washing mark hot stamping is made of imported high-temperature resistant polyurethane material. The color is thick and screen printed in special colors, ensuring that it does not deform after high-temperature heat transfer.
What is the difference between hot stamping and traditional printing
1. Different technological processes
Hot stamping is the process of printing a pattern on heat transfer paper. When needed, the heat transfer paper is covered on the T-shirt and placed in a heat transfer machine (hot stamping machine) for a few seconds of heating and pressure. The pattern is then transferred to the T-shirt; Thermosetting ink printing uses special thermosetting ink to directly print patterns on a T-shirt, and then puts them into an infrared drying device for drying. During this process, the ink particles melt and firmly combine with the T-shirt fibers, cooling and forming.
2. Different appearance
Because the white substrate on heat transfer paper must be melted to "stick" the pattern to the T-shirt, traditional hot stamping patterns often have unnatural stiff white edges; Thermosetting ink printing does not have unpleasant hard edges, as it is a "direct" printing that does not require a white substrate.

3. Different hand feel and breathability
Hot stamping feels like a layer of rubber, because the white substrate with pigment is about 0.5mm thick, which is a continuous sealing layer; Thermosetting ink printing is a semi scattered distribution of fine color particles on T-shirts. The soft and breathable packaging printing screen is similar to water-based paste printing, but the color is more vivid and durable than water-based paste printing.

Development History of Flat Silicone

Silicone is an amorphous substance and is a highly active adsorption material. Compared to other similar materials, it has many advantages, such as high adsorption performance, stable chemical properties, high temperature resistance, and low cold resistance; Both toughness and elasticity are very good. It will not deform due to external forces. In terms of environmental protection, it will not fail to meet the testing standards due to the environmental indicators generated by printing, as it does not contain harmful substances (see the testing report). Everyone knows that silicone is used in baby bottles and nipples, so the product can explain whether silicone is good or not, because baby products are the highest testing standard.
